Lingo Sanitation Community Development offers services to clean blocks, streets, alleys and businesses.  Keeping our neighborhoods clean raises the vibration of the community as a whole.  We strive to increase awareness and pride through hands on activities.

LEADERSHIP

Stacy Lockhart and Joi Matthews founded Lingo Sanitation Community Development Corporation in 2020.

The company was founded with the drive to beautify the inner-city communities to bring back a sense of pride in our neighborhoods.

Stacy Lockhart, founder and CEO, has always had the passion to bring the community together to create a safe environment.  He strives to teach integrity to the youth so they can see value in themselves.

Joi Matthews, Co-Founder and CFO, is very passionate about spreading awareness to people about the power of a positive mindset and active lifestyle. She is adamant about educating people on the correlation between clean communities and safety.
